So, I built Fields Real Estate because I've been on the other side of this. Years ago, before I became an agent, my wife and I were thinking about selling our own home. We had a young family at the time, we'd renovated, and we needed to understand what our property was worth so that we could make the next move. And the advice that we received from our local agent just didn't feel right. The number seemed far too low, and the explanation was far too vague. And I remember feeling that I was being asked to trust a conclusion without really being shown the evidence behind it. And it's that feeling that has stayed with me over time. Selling a home, I feel, is one of the biggest financial decisions that people make, and yet homeowners are often given opinions instead of clear, thorough analysis. Fields was built to change that. And the idea that we have is simple: give homeowners access to the information they should have from the beginning. Things like comparable sales, live market competition, local market data, buyer analysis, and a clear explanation of how the selling strategy has been formed. I don't think a homeowner should ever feel pressured or kept in the dark. You should be informed first. Then whether you decide to sell now, or sell later, or not at all, the decision is with you. And that's why Fields exists.
