So this method is the no-stated method. It sits at around 10% of homes being listed on the Southern Gold Coast right now, just under 10%. So with this method, the agent will use some language to invite an offer such as new to market or just listed or make an offer. For the buyer, it behaves exactly the same as contact agent. They've got no information to go on. And from that point of view, it can make buyers feel as though they're quite welcome to make any offer they feel is reasonable however they may be reluctant to inquire on a property or make an offer where there's no price given at all. From a seller's point of view rather than trying to estimate a listing price they can gain the benefit of market feedback first so that they can then list later with with an actual price with the benefit of buyers having actually expressed interest at that price so they let the market give them some indication of where the price sits and then list later with a listing price guide.
